Agent Sasco and Popcaan link up to release the remix to the phenomenal ‘Banks Of The Hope’ from Agent Sasco’s incredible 2018 album ‘Hope River’ with ‘Banks Of The Hope’ being one of the standout tracks from the album.
Both Agent Sasco and Popcaan are coming off of phenomenal years in 2018, with both releasing Album of the Year candidates in ‘Hope River’ and ‘Forever’ respectively, with both albums showing the whole world the incredible music that Jamaica has to offer.
Quite surprisingly this is first collaboration between the two artistes, with the only other track featuring both artistes being R City’s remix of ‘Locked Away’ which featured Popcaan alongside Agent Sasco, Bunji Garlin, Kardinal Offishall and Adam Levine.
Popcaan opens the remix continuing the slow chanting rhythm of the original, opening with a powerful verse focused on looking forward and always maintain hope.
The remix continues the faithful and hopeful feeling of the original with Popcaan helping to relay the message of the original, to always remain hopeful and put your faith in Jah.
Agent Sasco drops a new verse on the remix, focusing on success and his aspirations and what he sees as Jah’s bigger plan. Agent Sasco and Popcaan’s remix of ‘Banks Of The Hope’ continues to deliver the powerful message of the original track, telling everyone to keep faith and stay focused in order to achieve success.
